Protection against fire & natural disasters

Key Features:

  • Takaful Policy designed to cover insured properties whilst at specified locations.
  • Providing coverage against Fire, Lightning, Earthquake, Storm, Tempest, Flood, Bursting & Overflowing of Water Tanks and Apparatus, Impact Damage, Aircraft Damage, Riot & Strike, Malicious Damage and Explosion.
  • Various extensions in coverage are available upon request.
2. Property (All Risks) Takaful

An all-inclusive risk protection plan

Key Features:

  • Takaful Protection for accidental physical loss or damage to insured property in addition to the above Fire & Allied Perils and also includes the Burglary cover / extension.
  • Provides coverage for the widest of mishaps as compared to any other cover with fewer exceptions.
  • Various extensions in coverage are available upon request.
3. Business Interruption Takaful

A solution to cover your business against unforeseen circumstances

Key Features:

  • This coverage is provided as an optional add-on to Fire & Allied Perils or Property (All Risks) Takaful to help businesses survive in case of an unforeseen catastrophe.
  • Provides coverage for loss of Net Profit and continuous expenditure towards Standing Charges and reasonable increased cost of working incurred to avoid the reduction in turnover following a valid loss under the Fire & Allied Perils or Property (All Risks) Takaful Policy.
  • The maximum indemnity period provided under the cover can be provided for up to 18 months.
4. Householder’s Comprehensive Takaful

Your home is now fully protected by our Householder’s Comprehensive Takaful policy

Key Features:

  • This policy protects your home and its contents against any losses
  • The policy covers the building, contents and other miscellaneous items such as reimbursement against additional expenditure incurred towards rent, etc. in the event of loss or damage to the property insured under above sections of the policy.
  • Also covers Liability to the Third Party (Bodily Injury to persons, including death and damage to property).
5. Office Comprehensive Takaful

Your Office is now safe with our Office Comprehensive Takaful Policy, which protects your expected office’s activities
Key Features:

This policy protects your office against the following:

  • Property All Risks: accidental loss or Damage caused to your business property i.e. Contents, furniture, fixtures, fittings, office equipment.
  • Public Liability: It covers your legal liability to third parties for bodily Injury or property damage arising out of the premises.
  • Workmen’s Compensation: It covers compensation, including medical and repatriation expenses arising out of death or Injury to your employees during and in the course of employment as per the United Arab Emirates Federal Labour Laws.
  • Money: It covers your money/cheques held at your premises safe and during transit to banks.
  • Fidelity Guarantee: It covers you against loss of money/goods arising out of the infidelity / dishonesty by employees.
  • Personal Accident: It covers accidental bodily injury to employees resulting in death or permanent total disablement.

Motor Claim
